Account Creation is Required
To place an order, creating and logging into your account is required. You will need to provide your personal information and create a password, which should remain confidential. If you think that your password has been compromised, please change it immediately. VegFuzion reserves the right to suspend your account if there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
Order Acceptance
All orders will be viewed as an offer made by our customers to purchase the products or services under these Terms & Conditions. It is within VegFuzion’s discretion to accept orders from this website. VegFuzion reserves the right to decline order transactions when a violation of Terms & Conditions has been observed.
Order Confirmation & Processing
After a customer submits an order, VegFuzion will manually process that order within 24 working hours. The automatically generated Order Confirmation Email is an acknowledgment and record of our agreement to deliver the customer's order.
Product availability, guest information, and logistics details will be done via phone, email, or other social media messaging platforms (such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc.) to offer a reasonable substitute (if needed) and/or confirm information. Customers must ensure correct and accurate details of the delivery address, email address, and contact number when ordering to avoid any discrepancies or delays.
For orders paid using “bank transfer” or “GCash”, confirmation of order is done upon verification that the payment has been transferred to our account. When sending proof of payment, you may follow instructions indicated on our website or through email instructions sent to your account.
If another person ordered products or services on your behalf using your account, you agree that that order shall be considered as your own, and shall be subject to these Terms.
Changes and Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact details provided on our website. We will see what we can do to assist your requests to the scope of our capabilities and limitations. For instances where changes or cancellations are extensive, it will be up to our management discretion.
For promotions, please note that their availability is for a limited time only.
Changes to the order may also result in a change of delivery schedules or product/schedule availability.
Change of orders or delivery time can be made no later than 30 minutes after receipt of the Order Confirmation Email. If cancellations or changes are approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.
Delivery & Pick-up Arrangements
Your order will be processed and delivered within 24 hours (applies to deliveries within Metro Manila only).
We deliver through third-party courier services such as but not limited to GrabExpress, Lalamove, Borzo, etc.
Delivery fees range from ₱150 to ₱300, depending on your area/distance.
As of the moment, we do not support Cash-on-delivery (COD) for website purchases. If this is your only option, please feel free to contact us. Let’s find a way to make that happen.
Prices & Payment
Unless stated otherwise, the product prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT.
To review your total amount, you may proceed to your shopping cart or checkout page.
For modes of payment, you may opt to select from our list of accepted payment methods on the checkout screen. For other payment methods, you can send us a direct message.
Upon submission of your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the product/s you have specified in your order form.
VegFuzion reserves the right to change the prices of our products at any time without further notice, and to refuse orders if deemed necessary.
Promotions
Promotions are subjected to schedules deemed fit by VegFuzion.
Coupons cannot be used together with other discounts or codes, but you can use them individually in separate transactions. Some promotion vouchers or coupons are limited to one use per customer, subject to minimum purchase requirements, or subject to shipping fees. For more questions, you may contact us. VegFuzion reserves the right to cancel orders that are abusive or do not comply with the terms and conditions for this promotion.
